La nuova avventura \u00e8 ambientata nell\u2019estate successiva agli eventi di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmo.it\/index.php\/2020\/03\/06\/the-division-2-warlords-of-new-york-recensione\/\">Warlords of New York<\/a><\/strong> e racconta una storia costruita attorno alla paura e alla paranoia. Nel parco iniziano a circolare voci su una possibile nuova variante del virus: mentre persone e membri delle varie fazioni vengono ritrovati morti, oppure scompaiono senza lasciare traccia.<\/p>\n<p>La nuova area comprende non soltanto Central Park ma anche una parte dell\u2019Upper West Side, da Lincoln Square fino al Dakota District. Durante l\u2019avventura \u00e8 possibile ottenere l\u2019aiuto di <strong>tre diversi compagni<\/strong>, ognuno caratterizzato da una propria storia e uno stile di combattimento specifico.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre Ubisoft vuole rendere Central Park una zona endgame.\u00a0Durante le prime incursioni nel parco il giocatore si trova in una posizione di svantaggio, senza GPS e costantemente braccato dai nemici. Esplorando l\u2019area \u00e8 per\u00f2 possibile raccogliere nuove informazioni ed equipaggiamenti, trasformando progressivamente il proprio agente da preda a cacciatore.
