Anche quest’anno i The Game Awards sono arrivati e hanno assegnato premi e riconoscimenti ai titoli più rilevanti di questo 2020.
Partiamo con il vincitore della categoria Miglior Gioco dell’Anno: i nominati per questa categoria erano sei, ovvero Ghost of Tsushima, Hades, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Doom Eternal, Animal Crossing: New Horizons e The Last of Us Part II. Quest’ultimo senza tante sorprese si è aggiudicato il premio più ambito, il GOTY 2020.
Il titolo adventure sviluppato da Naughty Dog e pubblicato da Sony, scritto e diretto da Neil Druckmann, ha trionfato anche in altre sei categorie definendo nuovi standard di qualità.
Tra l’altro quest’anno i Game Awards organizzati da Geoff Keighley sono stati ricchi di novità e di annunci, tra i quali Ark 2, The Elder Scrolls Online: Gates of Oblivion e un filmato di gameplay di Crimson Desert.
